WHA Rayong 36 Industrial Estate or WHA RY36 is WHA’s latest development in the EEC in Nikhom Phatthana district of Rayong province and this industrial estate will be ready to welcome investors by first quarter of 2022.

The project comprises of 1,281 rai (507 acres or 205 hectares). WHA RY36 is accessible from Highway 3375 and it is in close proximity only 17 km to Map Ta Phut Deep Seaport, and 31 km to Laem Chabang Deep Seaport.

The stable power supply of 22 kV and 115 kV will be provided by Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). The communication network with fiber optic will also be available in WHA RY36.

Solar Rooftop, an alternative power source, as well as industrial water and wastewater treatment services will be managed by WHA Utilities and Power PLC.
